Altered Spring Photo Album

Created this Altered Photo Album using a photo
album I bought in an after Easter sale 66% off last
yr at Hobby Lobby. Used 3 Birds on Parade Cricut
cartridge for the cute Rain Bird image.

Still had some of the Neiman Marcus Rum Cake
purple textured packaging left so I used some for
the rain boots.

Used glitter for "rain" shine & ribbon for embellishment.

Doghouse Shaped Pet Hello Card

Created this Doghouse Shaped Card for
my daughter. Our dog, Teddy, misses my
daughter and vice versa. My daughter is
a sophomore in college studying Art Animation.

Saw there were a couple Pet & Shaped
challenges as well that I could enter this in.

Created the Doghouse shape, dog & bone images
using the Create a Critter Cricut cartridge.

Had found some new to me Kraft paper at Hobby
Lobby last wk and used the new dark brown Kraft
cardstock with the regular light brown Kraft cardstock.

Stamped a Hello sentiment on bone image.

Cut a bone from Bow-wow ribbon to place on the card.

Teddy posing with card. Today it is sunny but windy
and the card kept falling over but Teddy was patient
and I was holding the treats he got afterwards.

Stair Step Fold Thinking of You Friendship Card

Created this Stair Step Fold Thinking of You
Friendship Card for several reasons. One reason
is I
really enjoy this Stair Step Fold style. Another
reason is that it was sunny outside after the rain
we had and even though I did not see a rainbow
the sunshine inspired me to use a rainbow & pot
of gold theme.

For the pot of gold I used a new to me technique
of making glitter buttons. I placed the white buttons
where I wanted them on the card and added the
glitter glue and then waited for them to dry.

The green next to the card in top left are the
BlueBonnets greening up in my backyard.

Stair Step Fold Birthday Card Shades of Purple

Created this Stair Step Fold Birthday Card
using a couple different shades of purple.
Purple is a favorite color of mine. This is my
first time making a Stair Step Fold Card.

Spellbinders dies work really well with the
different step sizes.

Stamped sentiment using embossing
powder & heat tool.

Added glitter for extra shine.
